Department – Operations

Overview:

MYLY is looking for a dynamic, responsive and detail-oriented person for managing operations. This position is ideal for someone who has a keen sense of customer service, understands technology products and is willing to roll his/her sleeves and get hands dirty. You will be reporting directly to the CEO (also the co-founder of MYLY)!

LOCATION: Jaipur, Rajasthan
STATUS: On-premise, full-time
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree holder from an accredited college/university
COMPENSATION: As per experience

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensuring customers are able to use the MYLY solution in a seamless manner
  • Ensuring all customer complaints, issues & queries are logged and responded under defined turn-around time
  • Ensuring all customer emails, phone-calls are well attended and responded satisfactorily
  • Coordinating with technology team to get resolution to customer queries
  • Coordinating with product team to plan for incorporation of customer requirements in product development roadmap
  • Planning and delivery of customer training
  • Complete responsibility of customer on-boarding, data upload and go-live
  • Manage the operations team ensuring team spirit, job satisfaction and growth for team members
  • Communicating new updates, features, modules to customers by email, WhatsApp, SMS etc.
  • MIS to management on operational metrics like TAT for response, on-boarding schedule etc.
  • Capacity planning for operation team as per projections from sales team
  • Contribute to making myly a customer-friendly product

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Must be extremely detail oriented with strong attention to follow-through
  • Strong writing skills
  • Communicate effectively in both written + verbal form
  • Flexible in work functions + duties
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks + meet deadlines
  • Proficient in managing large amounts of data + ability to interpret + extract meaningful insights

  • Interacting with clients on calls on a regular basis & updating them about the product & its up-gradations
  • Timely follow up with clients on engagement/usage of the product
  • Being the first point of contact for clients & addressing any issues from them in the first place
  • Maintaining records of the work allocated to him/her on a regular basis
  • Ability to accomplish the targets assigned to him/her within the given timeline
  • Other responsibilities as assigned from time-to-time

  • Must have good Communication Skills & a sound desire to make outbound calls to clients.

This internship will provide an opportunity to handle various aspects of B2B communication, product positioning, negotiation strategies, deal-making and sales closures. It will also entail a detailed understanding of Software Product Sales, one of the most sought after skills in the Indian IT industry. You will be meeting owners/directors/principals of schools, reputed school chains & coaching class giants selling them world-class cloud-based solution.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and identifying potential sales opportunities
  • Initiating contacts via digital medium for product presentation, discussions, needs assessment & customer fitment
  • Setting up & coordinating meetings with prospects
  • Visiting and meeting prospects for in-person discussion and sales closure; Senior MYLY members may accompany you for meetings

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:

  • Must be extremely detail oriented with strong attention to follow-through
  • Strong persuasion skills
  • Communicate effectively in both written + verbal form
  • Ability to accept NO as answer
  • Ability to manage multiple leads
  • Ability to assess pain areas and needs of the prospect and mapping with MYLY offerings
  • Own 2-wheeler for travel in the city of choice
  • PC proficiency + strong skills in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PPT, Excel) essential
  • Must be able to spend 8-10 hours a day in the field meeting and following up with prospects
  • Perseverance will be the biggest virtue
