The app is completely free to download and use.
What kind of smart phone is required to download this app?
The app can be downloaded on any smart phone supporting Android (OS version 4.0 & above), iPhone and iPod (OS version 8.0 & above).
On which stores is this app available for downloading?
The app is available on Android play store and Apple app store.
How much memory is needed for this app?
The app would not require more than 10 MB space.
Is the app accessible on multiple devices? If yes, How?
Yes, it is accessible on multiple devices. You can download the app on multiple devices and use the same login details which have been sent to you on your primary mobile number.
How do I get the username and password?
Your child’s institutions will send the username and password on your primary mobile number given to the institutions at the time of registering your child.
What if I forget my password?
Open the app and click on the Forgot password option. You will receive a new password on your primary mobile number as SMS.
My institution has not subscribed to this service. Can I still use the app?
No, you cannot use the mobile app until or unless your institution have subscribed to it. If you want your institution to use this service, email us on email@example.com
I have two kids studying in same institution. Do I need to install 2 different apps?
You do not need to install 2 different apps in this case. You can access both the kids from same app only even if your kids are in two different institutions.
How to get this app?

I have not received a username and password from the institution. What should I do?
Contact your institution for the same or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org along with your child name, institution name and primary mobile number.
How can I see the messages sent from institution?
You will get the push notifications for all the messages being sent by the institution and also you can see all the messages by going to message tab in your mobile app.
How can I reply to the messages?
Whenever you will click on a message to read it, you will get an option to reply.
How can I update the profile of my child?
You can go to the options tab in the app and click on edit to update the childs profile.
