The app is completely free to download and use.
The app can be downloaded on any smart phone supporting Android (OS version 4.0 & above), iPhone and iPod (OS version 8.0 & above).
The app is available on Android play store and Apple app store.
The app would not require more than 10 MB space.
Yes, it is accessible on multiple devices. You can download the app on multiple devices and use the same login details which have been sent to you on your primary mobile number.
Your child’s institutions will send the username and password on your primary mobile number given to the institutions at the time of registering your child.
Open the app and click on the Forgot password option. You will receive a new password on your primary mobile number as SMS.
No, you cannot use the mobile app until or unless your institution have subscribed to it. If you want your institution to use this service, email us on info@mylyapp.com
You do not need to install 2 different apps in this case. You can access both the kids from same app only even if your kids are in two different institutions.

Getting started

The app can be downloaded by going to the app store of your mobile phone. You can find the link to download the app here
Contact your institution for the same or email us at support@mylyapp.com along with your child name, institution name and primary mobile number.
You will get the push notifications for all the messages being sent by the institution and also you can see all the messages by going to message tab in your mobile app.
Whenever you will click on a message to read it, you will get an option to reply.
You can go to the options tab in the app and click on edit to update the childs profile.
